Our History

Home Service USA is an independent provider of homeowner emergency assistance programs. The company was established in the U.S. during 2003 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Homeserve Plc, the world leader in the provision of home emergency assistance programs for utility partners. Homeserve Plc has over 14 years of successfully providing these services to customers of our partner companies and has operations in the US, UK, France and Spain. Together our companies are managing over 7.5 million home assistance service contracts for more than 140 companies including over 40 major utility providers. Currently, Home Service has two locations to serve partners here in the US. Our main office and operations center is located in Miami, Florida. This location houses our customer service and administration, emergency response, marketing operations, development, finance, accounting, human resources and administration functions. Our Stamford, Connecticut location provides marketing program management and partner relation functions.
